  • Rothschild & Co and CORPIN provided exclusive financial advisory services to the group of shareholders, led by the partners of Jet Investment, Brno-based private equity firm, in their joint disposal of 100% equity stake in KORDÁRNA Plus a.s. ("Kordárna"), located in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, to Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited ("Indorama").
  • Kordárna is a leading European producer of tire cords and other technical fabrics mainly for the automotive industry and conveyor belts. Prior to transaction, Kordárna was the only independent manufacturer of this kind in Europe. Tire cord fabrics represent about 75 % of Kordárna’s sales. Kordárna has a broad customer base and long-established relationships with major global tire companies and is strategically located in the European automotive industry hub. Its products are supplied to customers in more than 15 countries in Europe, North America, South America and Asia (www.kordarna.cz).
  • Indorama, listed in Thailand, is one of the world’s leading integrated petrochemicals producers with customers across Africa, Asia, Europe and North America.
